Map always starts in New York

Hi
The map always starts in New York before it zooms to current location every time it loads even though user already allows current location from the dialog box earlier.

Is there a way to change the default to load and zoom to some place elsewhere?

Hi - did you solve this issue?

I have the same issue that the map always starts I New York.

Also, would you know if there is a way to define which countries shown in the search dropdown results?

The default is that the autocomplete shows global results, I’d like to only show results from the UK.

A map with no locations will centre on NYC.

What you can do is put another map on the page, and centre on a single place. Then show this when there are no locations.

Hi having the same issue now. I need my map to only concentrate on London right now it only shows New York how can I change the default location to London and not New York? Thank you

You can’t unless you put a marker on the map.

Although now there are other map plugins that might do this.

Click on the searchbox you want the UK Results for…

Then type “United Kingdom” Into the field “prefer results around”

Set the radius to 100
