Map markers disappeared after Google Console not-related changes

I have a map in my app that after applying some filters, many markers are displayed at the same time in the Map. Everything was working properly.
Then, I logged into my Google Console account to remove some websites that had access, but after I removed those websites from Google Console, the maps that should display many markers are now not displaying any markers at all. However, maps displaying only one marker are still working properly.

Why did this happen, even though no changes were made to the code? I even removed all restrictions from Google Console for testing purposes, but it is still not working. I also re entered the keys, added new maps (without filters), just to see if many markers are still displayed (and the markers are being displayed properly on this test-map)

Any ideas on what could be happening? Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I discovered the markers didn’t disappeared, they became transparent. They are there because I can click on them, but I cannot see them anymore
