Marketplace for selling horses

Hello, I need help to make a marketplace for selling horses. I already have the website where owners of the horses place their ads but now I want a real marketplace where they can make the transactions in the marketplace and avoid any scams and robbery of the horses.

Can somebody help me to develop the marketplace or point me out to the correct template so I can make it?
