Master Company Email / Master Company Name

I changed company name / domain successfully, my app is connected to SendGrid and ClickSend and I’ve already changed SendGrid domain as well, but emails are still being sent from the old address… when I look at the workflow, it says “Master Company Name” and “Master Company Email”, but I can’t seem to find these references anywhere… does anyone know where I would change these values?

What do you mean by this? Like the workflow says that is the from name? Or is it referencing a data type? Or….

I have send grid plug and the API Credentials are correct, but I changed the domain name and while I verified it in Sendgrid and got rid of the old domain, it still sends emails from my old domain and says the sender is the old site name as well. I changed the bubble.io email in the settings as well, so I am not sure where else to look.

The “triggers” say “MASTER COMPANY NAME” and “MASTER COMPANY EMAIL” when using references, but I can’t find in the database where these values are?

Have you changed the sender name on your app settings > Email/Domain as well as anywhere in your app that uses the Send Email function and/or all the Send Email actions you have with the API connector and plugin?

@johnny @idexity I’m having the same issue. I changed our domain name for our app. Emails are still sending from the old URL. If I remove all references to the old url in Sendgrid, it ceases to verify.

Any solution?

Is there a specific WF in particular where it comes up again? Or are they all your emails?

It’s on the domain/email settings page. I changed our domain from conacoin.xyz to conacash.com; and can’t change the email related to Sendgrid.

Have you looked into the workflow where you run the “Send Email” action? The Sender Name might be different there.

Hi @johnny - it’s not a setting we can change. A Bubble Support staff member fixed this for me.
