Master list creates selection list to populate new list

I have the User’s Master List created and the User’s Daily Log created, but I don’t know how to create the Selection Screen.

Specifically,

  • I want the user to move the sliders to the quantity to add to the log.
  • Multiple the slider number by the number next to the item.
  • Any item with a slider greater than zero should be added to the User’s Daily Log

I don’t know the right terms for these movements. Am I copying a list from one to the other? How do I harvest from one list and add to another table?

Could someone point me to a resource that explains this or tell me what terminology I need to use when searching the manual?
