Hello,

A friend and I developed a script using Mediapipes pose estimator and everything worked fine until it was brought over to bubble

Now the body detection % is under estimating when user faces the camera (55-65%), but accurately displays the % when turned (95-100%)

Nothing about the code was changed and it was previously working fine, that’s what lead me to believe something about bubble isn’t cooperating with JS

We even tried tweaking the detection model itself by modifying confidence %, light sensitivity, testing in dif environments etc but no luck

If anyone here knows what could be causing the issue or has worked with Media pipe before please reach out

Hi @ivan7, how are you?

My team and I can help you out with this, one of my developers is a plugin in builder

Feel free to message me

Hey Ivan,

You’re right about bubble not cooperating with JavaScript sometimes. Are you using an HTML element with a tag or are creating a plugin and using the plugin environment? Regardless, if performance is the most important factor here, it’s probably best to host your script on netlify or AWS and iframe it in. Although I recommend trying it with a plugin first. If you need help, I’m glad to to over the options and discuss the details. I specialize in expanding bubbles functionality and I also offer counselling services, the first 30 minutes being free.

Check out my profile you can see my public plugins if you’re curious. Send me a DM or an email at jonah@visioncode.io

All the best,
