Meraki API Integration and Ticketing System

I spoke to a company earlier today that is using Cisco Meraki devices across 200 or so locations. They are needing a tool that can look at the Meraki API and pull in each of their devices and associate them with a location (if not already associated in Meraki). They also need two alerts that are created as tickets in their ticketing system (Solarwinds Service Desk). One if a device goes offline, and another if a location goes offline (rather than an alert for all devices at a location going offline).

Does anybody have experience with something like this or have thoughts on the best approach for a project like this?
