Message "Your app was unable to load the application"

Some users are getting this message whenever they load the page. Have you guys seen something like this?

I’ve received this notification a few times before, but to this day I still can’t say for sure what’s happening…

But I’d suspect the application might be heavy (I’ve worked on the app you work on, and I know it was heavy haha), and depending on the user’s device or internet, it might be failing to load.

If you can replicate this, try opening the console and see if something like this appears:

  • Failed to load resource
  • ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT → it’s adblock
  • net::ERR_TIMED_OUT → network/CDN

I’ve started seeing this in my own app in the last month. Never saw it before then, and we’ve been live for over a year
