Microsoft integration for my App

Hi bubblers, I am looking for someone to guide me on two things as follows:

  1. Integrate my App data into a client’s Microsoft Dynamics 635 CRM so that the App can access data from the client’s CRM and can also update the clients CRM. I have been reading topics related to this on the forum but still not sure on how to go about with this. I don’t know what I need to ask the client to provide me to ensure successful integration.
  2. Set up a SMS text messaging function on the App so that when an action’s status changes, users are notified with a text message to their phone.
    Will appreciate one genius reaching out to me asap as I need to implement these features urgently.
