I will like to suggest plugin creators and other resource developers to kindly update their headlines around plugins. Use of [NEW PLUGIN] should be used for first few months after launch in my view. I often find plugins deployed in 2017 or earlier referred to as [NEW PLUGIN]. It might be new to new users but I think everything is new to them lol!
