I have a “technical support” button on a page that works properly in preview and if using a browser on a desktop. But we used on a mobile browser, it goes back to the login page. Tried creating a new, duplicate page, but still acts the same. Any help is appreciated.
It will help if you specify the mobile browser you are using. Have you tried other mobile browsers and if so does the problem persist?
Do you have any conditions at all based on page dimensions, element visibility, user login status, etc?
Can you share a recording?
Check conditions maybe the login button/group is on top of the support button
Check in responsive tab of the editor debug mode won’t work on mobile width
