just stopping by to thank you all for taking the time to share your feedback.

Some very interesting thoughts in here

What I miss most is the advancement of native features. I’ve been commenting on the forum for two years now, and it’s possible that in 2026, heading towards 2027, we still don’t have native icon + input functionality like we have with buttons. Something that would greatly help in daily use, something relatively SIMPLE, just won’t happen.

I know there are several ways to do this, but I don’t want to depend on alternatives; I want something native and solid.

There are many small improvements that could be made, but they don’t advance and there’s no forecast for when they will.

I miss a lot of good tools for frotend, like native javascript and css, native components being upgraded not just thrown away without updates, like table and rich text.

And I miss backend tools, like unique items for database, parallelism, JSON editor, queues and the promised features for loops and if/else conditions, similar to WeWeb.

Focus in what the users want, not AI because it won’t pay off in a low code platform. If I want o use AI I go to Claude, not the platform using Claude API

What’s crazy is I literally can’t even find the text you highlighted in this post because my eyes glaze over as I read about the situation progress and yet seeing your quoted comment got me generally excited!!! Those sorts of actual quality of life updates are what I am ACTUALLY wanting from bubble.

Go be clear, I’m not anti-ai I think it important for bubble to work on, but I just wish they’d at least give us some more and steady quality of life improvements like this.

(I literally just used Gemini yesterday to figure out how to inject custom JavaScript to for the password fields to behave correctly. This small tweak from bubble would have saved me hours. Multiply that by all of bubbles users as well as their users users… and you have some real waste)

Wow, and now reading through everyone else’s comments I can see we are all literally on the same effing page. I LOVE bubble and I love bubbling… but I it crazy how hard bubble is ignoring their core users. I appreciate Fede reading things at least, but I am depressed that nothing will change.

Please, for the love of god Bubble, please focus on core users experience at least a little!

Personally, I see AI as a tool that builds on the existing infrastructure of a platform and can significantly optimize development work. But that also means the infrastructure itself has to work properly and should provide state-of-the-art features. AI cannot reach its full potential if the platform supporting it is not solid.

One example is the mobile app editor. What is the benefit of controlling it with AI if it is still in beta and contains several limitations/bugs?

I therefore hope that Bubble’s engagement is focused on both levels: on the one hand, advancing AI as a tool, but at the same time continuing to improve the existing infrastructure and closing open issues, such as the mobile beta phase.

I am confident that Bubble will take the right message from this feedback.

It’s Crazy!

Guys stop, I can’t like all the replies.

couldn’t agree more. THE AI functionalities should be minimum and should come only WHEN they’re really needed.. The vibe coding tools do that, Bubble is different.
