Multi Dropdown data are saved in database with unique ID instead of name

Hello,
I’m trying to save a list of countries using a multi dropdown, and the result I get in database is displayed with the country unique ID not the country name

How can I set it up to display the country name? The current way makes it difficult for me to upload manual data

Were you able to figure this out? I have multiple items storing to the database as unique ids and cannot figure out how to convert them to their actual inputs.

You need to change primary key in Data tab
