Multi line Input max number in conditional

Hi folks, I am creating a multiline input field where user’s are allowed to write only 200 characters-- when user wrote 200 character there will be a button saying add more… I am fail to achive this because multiline input conditional doesnt allowed me create any condition because its not in conditional formatting…
Input multifline I set max number of characters 200
a button saying add more… here i set a state when this button click page custom state will be “add”

I went there and found there is no property of max number or limit number of characters in multi line input

any help from your side will be appreciated
