Multi select Dropdown - saving to DB?

I am using a multi select dropdown but its failing to save the selections to the database? Can anyone advise what I am doing incorrectly please?

Yeah ‘Secondary Roles add list This User’s Secondary Roles’ should be probaly be something like ‘Secondary Roles add list Multidropdown 's value’.

Thanks, for some reason the multi dropdown is greyed out in the elements listing (incompatible type) Any suggestions? Thanks again

Incompatible type suggests that the type of the multidropdown is not the same as the type of ‘current users secondary roles’ (also make sure it is a list). Did you verify this?
