Hello, I am making an MCQ quiz.
My main issue is setting up conditions for the buttons to have the correct answer highlight green when an incorrect button is clicked. I am using buttons within a Group. I have included a screenshot of the button conditions.

If you want the correct answer to highlight without a workflow triggering, you’ll probably need to use States then set the formatting conditionally based on that.
