Multiple Levels in API's

Good day fellow Bubblers.
First off I’m in no way and API expert so bear with me if I’m saying stupid things.
Now that we have that out of the way I’m trying to create an API call that seems to have “levels” in it.
Herewith the original example.

As can be seen from the above seems to “wrap” everything. We also have 2 seperate sections each with a bunch of variables namely and .
How would one input this in a bubble API?
