My partner from a different time zone is finding it hard to access the changes i made to our app. The changes was made about 8 hours ago minimum. What can be the reason.

I can’t say for sure that is what’s happening here, but I’ve sometimes experienced issues with Bubble using previously cached versions of some static resources. You could try redeploying these changes a few more times — usually this solves the issue.
