Right now, audio files created via the recorder element have no way of being marked as private files. As a workaround I am telling people to record audio outside of the browser and upload as a file so that I can implement privacy/data roles. Seems like a reasonable feature since all other file handling elements (such as image upload) allow you to mark as private.

Bump. This feature should be here by default. Plugin works very good, but without privacy settings it’s kinda unusable if you want to store users personal recordings as an example → private note taking.

File Uploader lets you attach the file to a data type.
Bubble’s audio record plugin does not. Help @Bubble?
