Need Help Integrating Chat System with Advanced Whiteboard in Bubble.io App

Hello Everyone,

I’ve created an app where users can write and collaborate using the Advanced Whiteboard Plugin Advanced Whiteboard Plugin | Bubble. Users have the ability to invite collaborators, and I followed this tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWItg8gZCVg to set everything up. The app is currently published as Version 1.

In Version 2, I want to add a chat system that allows all users to communicate while using the whiteboard. I followed this chat system tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcncAN-Lf28&list=PLd6fHsjyvH7ynrimmfnkXSEYrSGs-F4W5&index=3, but I got stuck midway.

The issue I’m facing is that I can’t see the users on the whiteboard page after adding the chat system. It seems like both the chat system and the whiteboard are interfering with each other.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the problem. If anyone has experience with this or can guide me, I’d really appreciate your help!

It’s not easy to say without checking the app but did you add anythin to the privacy while adding the chat system?

The privacy rule states that each user can access and view their own data. You can delete this rule for now.

Can you share your app please? You just need to go to settings->general and change the private option to everyone can view, it’s the first dropdown under the general tab. Then you can share the editor url
