Need help populating table content with database record elements

Hello.
I’ve checked the available content that goes over tables and populating table data with database information and I’ve come across a roadblock.

I have a database and a table with specific columns that I want to populate with the data type fields. I’m getting stuck in the part where you assign dynamic data for the text element. The videos I’ve checked haven’t helped.
