Need help with header formatting

I’m having trouble with the header formatting. From the editor, I want to place a text URL beside the logo (on the left side). But, when I preview, it comes in the middle of the screen.

Is there a way I can solve this issue where it displays exactly how I’ve set my layout? I am using the Firefox browser and I’m noticing that the preview doesn’t match the layout. How do I solve this issue?

You need to have a play with the responsive of bubble, best thing to do use is to create a new page and start playing around with it.
