How do we go back to the normal design!!! I feel betrayed with this new design with workflows and everything!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!!! I need to learn all the app again?! How can someone approve a huge remake like this and not make it an option for users???

the new WF tab UI was in beta for the last few months. In March the team announced they had finished the beta phase and they were preparing to release the new UI to everyone in April.
This week they did. This is a permanent update to the editor. Based on your surprise I’m assuming you missed the upcoming change?
