[NEW PLUGIN] šŸš‘ CPR - Resuscitate your Bubble app with style!

Greetings Bubblonians ,

As you know, the Bubble refresh prompt leaves a bit to be desired from a UI/UX standpoint. And although we searched, we couldn’t find a solution to satisfy our most discerning clients; so we built one…

Creative Prompt Revamp (CPR) allows a regular Bubble popup to be used as the refresh prompt, thereby enabling full customization. Anyone can now easily create a professional branded experience.

I looked at the page and tried the demo but it is TOTALLY unclear what this does. I think your messaging needs a lot of work. I spent 3 mins and gave up. I assume others will do the same. It speaks about a prompt. Is this AI or what?

Description

Resuscitate your Bubble app with style!
With Creative Prompt Revamp, bringing your Bubble app ā€œback to lifeā€ after you’ve deployed some changes is no longer an aesthetically unpleasant experience for your users.

Using a standard Bubble popup, you can now completely revamp the look of the refresh/reload prompt that appears when changes are deployed to live, thereby allowing for full customization.

Redesign your refresh prompt to look more professional and to better align with your brand. You have full creative control!

Features

  • Add a logo, image, or animation

  • Fully customize the text of the prompt

  • Style the popup however you choose - colors, borders, shadow, etc.

  • Provide immediate visual feedback when the page starts to reload

  • Greatly improved user experience

  • Change prompt on different pages or sections of your site

Thanks for the feedback. I can understand the confusion given the current AI craze and the reference to ā€œpromptā€, but it has nothing to do with AI. The following portion of the text you quoted pretty much says it all…

So instead of the [ugly] default Bubble reload prompt…

…a regular Bubble popup element can be used and styled however you want. Plus…

  • The built-in App text prompt message defined in Settings ⟶ Languages can still be used if desired.

  • Conditionals can be used to provide immediate feedback as soon as the user clicks to refresh.

  • You can have a different look or message on different pages or sections of a site, which might be useful if you have multiple domains pointing to a single Bubble app - e.g. a multi-tenant setup - like CoAlias provides.

Of course, this is all in the docs.

If you clicked the ā€œSimulate deployā€ button and still didn’t understand what it does, then I’ll take that as a testament to how clean, professional, and on-brand my refresh prompt is.
