Loving the plugin so far! Some requests that would make this much more useful for me:

  • Make ā€œItem BG Color Fieldā€ configurable in conditional statements. Iā€™d like to let the user select what they want to color by (e.g. - State, Status, Label, etc).
  • Make ā€œGroup Byā€ configurable in conditional statements. Iā€™d also like to let the user select how they want to group things (e.g. - by State, Status, Label, Workspace, Assignee, Team, etc).
  • Make ā€œContent Typeā€ configurable in conditionals. There are two types of DB ā€œthingsā€I want to display - trackers and goals (never together on the same chart, though). To do this now Iā€™d need to have 2 instances of the chart on the page - not ideal.
  • Allow date formats in standard US order (right now you only allow DD/MM whereas in the US we often put it as MM/DD).
  • Any updates on dependencies? This would make the plugin near-perfect IMO.

A few other quirks:

  • My ā€œLanguage Date Labelsā€ field is set to ā€œenā€ but Iā€™m seeing French for MMM.
  • Iā€™d love to be able to customize the tooltip. I have date labels that overflow the bars so I want the tooltip to show the full name AND the start/end dates of the item. Right now I can only show 2.
  • When I have milestones they all show up at the bottom of the chart (when ā€œStacked Items?ā€ is enabled). Can we have options to make these appear in-line, at the top, etc. (configurable option).
  • ā€œFormat Date Tooltipā€ option of ā€œdd MMM, yyyyā€ isnā€™t working. Iā€™m seeing a format of DD/MM/YYYY displayed instead.

Would it be possible to add the columns from the new Gantt plugin you created to this one as well?

The reason is that this plugin has the stacking feature, which we use a lot, while the new one includes the columns we also need ā€” but we couldnā€™t find the stacking functionality in it.

Hello, this looks very useful for my use case scenario. I have two questions please!

1 - Can you drag a booking (timeline event) between groups?

2 - Can a timeline event exist in multiple groups? So I can have a human resource and. a physical resource on the same task, but showing in multiple groups?
