New responsive - make everything blur - i think i set something wrong

Hi
I am trying to make a responsive image based on the screen size
i want that the image will be 100% of the screen width and the height should keep the same ration (so most of the devices will see it without scrolling) - it looks great on mobile but when i test it on tablets i can see that the image is blur
