No support for weeks

I have been trying tonget support for 2 weeks, and the bubble team have ignored me. This has basically cost me my entire business.

Wanna run a great business, dont use bubble. Its for kids and hobbists.

Maybe they missed your ticket?
I’m surprised at how fast support has always gotten back to me.
It has usually been within 2-3 hours.
Support ticket times is definitively not something I could complain about.
