I am personally not getting this error but IOS rejected my app from review due to an error that I cannot replicate
The app is completely in English

Have you modified your camera permissions text in the Languages tab (down at the bottom)?
Sorry I’m not sure what you mean by that
So you need to set values for the captions for these permission request alerts - I’m assuming you are seeing this popup when you try to access the camera?

I did not know about this. The mobile docs are not very good.

Still the popup should at least say what’s written here. I was so confused on why it says no translation
Yeah that is strange indeed. Only time I saw this previously was when we had a bug with the captions, but that has since been fixed. Let me know if you see this on other permissions requests

As an fyi - we’ll be noting the need to do this directly in the mobile settings tab so it is more discoverable
