No visible element - fill space

Hi!
I have a problem.
In one page there is a group (A) that it’s not visible if the user is logged in, and visible if the user is logged in. After that group, I have another group (B) that is always visible.

So, when the users isn’t logged in my website looks well, but, when the user is logged in, I have the blank space of the group A. How can I “fill” the blank space moving the group B up?
