Not Quite Unicorns has acquired @renatoasse’s entire collection of 65 free plugins - all 65 of them, with over 600k installs between them.
A condition of our acquisition is that all of these plugins will stay free for everyone, forever. This was an important part of the acquisition for both us and Renato, as Renato would like a team to take these plugins forward and take care of them after all of the work he has put into them over 7 years.
It’ll take us some time to organise a new home for documentation, forum threads etc, so if you do see anyone commenting on one of Renato’s plugin threads that I haven’t seen then I’d appreciate it if you tag me so I don’t miss it!
This also means that full AI plugin building is coming in the short term for Buildprint. This will allow us to maintain plugins and evolve them going forwards, as well as allow you to build your own easily.

It feels strange to write this.. after more than 7 years and 65 plugins, I’ve decided it was time to hand my collection over to a team that can give it the attention it deserves going forward.
This community shaped a huge part of my journey. A lot of you have used these plugins to launch real products, and every bug report, feature request and “thank you” over the years meant more than you probably realize.
That’s exactly why I didn’t want to just walk away and let the plugins go stale.
The most important part, for me, was: all 65 plugins stay free, for everyone, forever.
@georgecollier agreed to that from day one, and they’re set up to maintain and evolve them in ways I couldn’t anymore.
So this isn’t really a goodbye to the plugins, it’s them getting a proper home.
