Not seeing saved CC's on Stripe checkout

I’m using Bubble’s Stripe plugin. I’m able to subscribe users to plans, offer upsells for yearly options, etc. When a user’s subscription lapses, it cancels that plan in Stripe, which subsequently reflects in my Bubble database. To resubscribe, the user clicks a button which kicks off a workflow to subscribe them to the plan again. This works correctly EXCEPT for their saved credit card information does not show up on the Stripe checkout page. I see this instead:

Whereas in Stripe I can see this user (with the same email address) has a saved credit card:

I can also see the saved credit card in their customer portal (just not on checkout when attempting to re-subscribe):

Any ideas what I could possibly be doing wrong? Is there something I need to be passing in the “Subscribe the user to a plan” workflow step that I’m not? Here’s the workflow step details:
