I’m seeing this in 3 apps I’ve tested, which likely means it is a system wide bug and needs to be addressed immediately.

Notes are not saving, at least in the data field section of data…I have not wasted any more of my time to test other areas for notes, but have submitted a bug report. Others that are experiencing the same, please also report bug so Bubble will fix immediately. Notes are very valuable for developers and need to be functional and capable of being saved.

The ‘notes’ functionality in Bubble has been a complete mess for ages (which is odd, as you’d think it should be just about the simplest thing to get right).

For me, on every app, in every account, not only do notes consistently not save, i’ve also had occasions where notes I saved on one data-field/option set appear on a totally different field/option, and the majority of the time it takes at least 30 seconds (some times several minutes) for the notes to actually appear when clicking the note’s icon to read them (and in some cases they never showed up at all).

Which means I can literally waste 5-10 minutes just trying to read the notes on 3 or 4 elements/data fields on an app I’m trying to work on (and at least half the time they never actually show up).

It makes the whole concept of adding/using notes virtually unusable in its current form.
