One Dollar Charge

Completely new here. I bought a RapidDev template for 200$. It went well. Everything correct in the bank statements up to that point. However, there is also a one dollar charge following it coming from a number in the US. It reads bubble card check. Can anyone help me understand this?

I think you should contact the template author.

If the reason for charging the card before saving it, is to test and validate the card, then I think the $1 charge must be refunded automatically. If you didnt get a refund, then I think you should contact the template author so that they can explain why that is happening.

Normal check from bubble. It gets refunded shortly after. mine took like a week or so.

Most probably (and @iwakinomotoye and @Timbo are right), this is a verification from the Stripe platform.
