Ongoing Help with QA and bug fixes

2-person technical team looking for some help managing a growing app (technical support requests are outpacing our ability to keep up).

We’ve built a platform that healthcare provider’s use to supplement their EHRs/EMRs. We do telehealth, AI note-taking, AI tools for provider and patient, etc.

Ideally looking for someone who wants part time work, is flexible and able to be responsive when a customer needs help. We have a support team that deals with customers directly., so you don’t necessarily have to interface with the customer, but we need to be able to solve their problems quickly.

This could be either a short term role or long term, depending on fit and your goals.
