Ongoing Single Page UI Developer needed (Position Filled)

Instruction: A single page mock up of a property agency.

I am looking for a long term partner, who can provide regular single page mockups with no workflows or complex features. The mockup is primarily just UI design.

Requirements

  • Header - Reusable Element
  • Footer - Reusable Element
  • Search Bar - Reusable Element
  • Body

The content must be responsive in design for websites and mobile devices.

Example Framework:

Header
Banner / Video
Search bar
Repeating group for properties
Section with example content
Section with example content
Footer

Workflows can be used for UI purposes if required. But note no database or workflows needed in mock up page.

The page content must be responsive. Looking for really nice single page designs. If works out well on the first one, highly likely another order will follow.
