Online booking error messages

I am facing issues with an error message during my online booking experience:

We offer emergency housing and staging packages. Customers can pay online or pay later via bank transfers.

These two options appear in the booking experience and it should allow customers to choose their preferred way and time of payments.

  1. When a customer pays online — there are no issues.
  2. When they choose to pay via bank transfer — the pages just keep loading BUT they receive a confirmation email.
  3. The confirmation email should not go out before the customers are presented with a quick view of the booking.
  4. The session also times out.
  5. Both workflows are identical — with one difference that we charge the customers in step one when they choose to pay online.
