Open whatsapp chat with specific number

Good morning I have a simple question. I created a contact section on my app. I would like that when the telegram icon is clicked, the whatsapp chat of that specific number is opened on the customer’s mobile phone, without sending any message, only that the chat is opened. How could I do such a thing?. I mean with a similar solution “whatsapp: // send? Text = hi”, however I should specify the number. How can I do it in bubble? Thanks in advance.
