Option set - Image attribute, insert into radio button

It might be a long shot but is there a way for a radio button set to include the image from an option set. So it would be image, then text?

Also is there a way where depending on the radio button selected the related image from an option set is displayed. There doesnt seem to be a way to do that, that I can see.

I worked out the second part, just not the image, then text part

Don’t use the radio button and instead use an image. If you are using the radio button element, don’t. Build your own selector, with an image and text next to it contained in a row group.
