Our native mobile app crashes on open on iOS. Was working fine yesterday, but now won’t open for any of our users. Anyone else seeing this with their apps?

my app is also basically down as of a few hours ago. But it’s not the native mobile app, just a regular web app.
Any updates or are you still experiencing issues with your apps?
Are you using any plugins? I have a similar problem on my app, and I believe it is caused by an infrastructure update affecting previously developed plugins.

my app crashes on iOS when I open a sheet that contains a plugin element.
If you have a plugin on your home view it might cause an issue.

Yes, this is an ongoing outage.
We were able to rollback our editor, push to live, and then IF a user uninstalls and reinstalls the app, it will load. So we’ve been reaching out to our 1000+ users to get them all to do this to get the app working again, which has been a massive and embarrassing headache. I think we’ve gotten about 1/3rd to do it so far.
Please let us know once a fix for this issue is available. We are having to wait to update our editor until this is fixed, but also, this is an ongoing issue for many of our users who we haven’t been able to get in touch with about it.

Thanks for flagging, that would make sense. Note you can always release a new build without the offending plugin and deprecate the old versions rather than asking users to re-install the application right?

Yep my app is brocken. OTA’s aren’t working at all. The updates are showing correctly when previewing in the web, but in the actual app it shows my version from a few days ago - even though i’ve tried to push an OTA about 3-4 times.

**Alright after 2 hours I got it working, had to push it roughly 6 times to work. Also OTAs are still being a bit funny, requiring you to still refresh the app 2-3 times before reseting the app to the most recent version.
