Hello @gavinthegoat262 ,
If you want to place your text element in any spot then you page alignment will be “fixed”… so open property editor for your page and navigate to the “Layout” tab, change the “container layout” to “Fixed”.

Note; Designs done with this type of alignment are mostly not a responsive design
