use the navigation workflow actions and choose go to page and then send to the page that is your policy page

probably when you are testing you are not signed in as a user, or your data field for Has Acknowledged DPP is not filled in so is neither yes nor no
I was testing trying all the process but isn’t working, anyways thanks for your help.
