Pagination and Search Result Count Issue

I want to create similar in the screenshared above.
but the search result below shows the Wrong count. i have used Custom sates to show count.

Issue Explianed- Ranking is not proper when i click previos icon and next icon in repeating group. and Ranking in pagination Ranking should be 1-5 , 6-10 , 11-15 and so on like repeating group row is divided in 5 cells. when i filter from channel and with currency it will show uneven count.
i am filtering repeating group from Dropdown channel- there is 6 channel, dropdown last year, amd currency.
when i select channel for ex-snapchat and hit next or previous button in pagination the count is not showing proper.

Edit: My solution is for list items index number, not what you are looking for i think

Here is a native solution for your problem. In plain formula:
Item count on each page=a
Page number=b
Current cells index=c

((a x b) - a) + c

this formula should show the correct index number on based on current page number
