I purchased the use of a plug in for $50 outright back in July, while I was working on a shared agency plan with my consultant team. I’ve not launched the app yet, but was ready to deploy a launch page; requiring me to come off the agency plan and pay for my bubble hosting plan. Now when I go back into my dev to continue finalizing the app, that plug in I already purchased for $50 is saying I need to repurchase it with no record of my previous purchase. Any tips for how to not pay for this twice when I’ve already paid for it?
Hmm Are you sure you were charged while on an agency plan? Normally you get paid plugins for free while on an Agency plan. See notes here: Agency Account | Bubble
You’re right. I’m aware of that and I did state it that way, but we’ve had to go from Agency to Starter more than once and I paid for it previously during this transition. I have the bank transaction for the $50. But what you’re asking is basically the issue—is there any other way to confirm I paid for this other than, “are you sure?”. I’ve just not done this dance before but it seems like wherever that factual answer lives would allow my plug in to resync without being paid for twice.
Seems like you could just send a receipt of purchase to the Bubble support team and they could turn that back on for you.
