Paid Subscription Error

Hi, I have a paid subscription, however each time I go to add a plugin I get the error below:

I am on my app that has a paid subscription, however do have other apps that aren’t. I noticed the bug shortly after I created a new site - but that was a few days ago and it has not cleared. Can you please advise next steps?

Yes, I’m well aware - hence posting that a bug exists, - I’m currently not able to download paid subscriptions (even though I have a paid plan)

Sounds like a bug. Can you see in the subscription that that next payment date is in future?
