I wanted to share a situation and see if anyone from the community or Bubble team can guide here.

We’ve been a Bubble partner for the past 3 years and have consistently met the requirements for a tier upgrade over the last 2 quarters.
However:

Our partner tier has not been updated

We reached out via chatbot/support multiple times

We were told we would hear back in 2–3 business days

It’s now been several days (and overall, this has been ongoing for months)
At this point, I’m just trying to understand:

Is there a specific process or step we might be missing?

Is there a better way to get this reviewed?

Has anyone else faced a similar delay with partner tier updates?
We’ve been actively building and contributing to the Bubble ecosystem, so it’s a bit frustrating to not have clarity on this.
Would really appreciate any guidance, or if someone from the Bubble team can take a look.
