Pass only one field of information to next page

Ive worked out how to pass the entire RG to the next page but what I cant work out is I want the user to be able to select one of the days from the list as in picture and create the report based on the date they have selected. Can this be done? Failing that, can I automatically put that list of dates into a dropdown and then use that to pass just the one date over?

When user clicks on an individual date you can pass the date value as a URL parameter. On the destination page you can extract the data from URL. As I remember this video by @lachlankirkwood1 should explain it all.
