I have had a look through the forum and found a lot of great information about pass word reset workflows and have followed the instructions outlined. However, when going to the live version and entering valid user email address an error message is displayed - email address is not found in our system.
Can someone help point me in the direction of how to set this up correctly?
live database of user table have entered email address and exists. I don’t think that is the issue. Is there anything in the workflow that I may need to consider
