Password reset workflow error message

I have had a look through the forum and found a lot of great information about pass word reset workflows and have followed the instructions outlined. However, when going to the live version and entering valid user email address an error message is displayed - email address is not found in our system.

Can someone help point me in the direction of how to set this up correctly?

Kindly ensure the live database of user table have entered email address is exists .

Note : Development and live version of database is not the same.
