Pathfix Customer Support Down?

Is anyone else having difficulty getting a hold Pathfix? I have been trying to reach them for over 2-months through chat, email and Linkedin and have not received a single response.

Did something happen at their company? Are they no longer offering customer support? Any information would be greatly appreciated, as I’d like to know sooner than later if I need to explore other options.
