Pay Pal payment confirm in database?

Hi Guys

I am selling credits on my App and this credits needs to be allocated immediately after a user have bought them. How would bubble know whether the payment has gone trough so that the credits can be allocated immediately, instead of admin checking and allocating manually? I am on paypal, braintree and stripe is not available in South Africa. I am going to receive payments and pay people out, is there a pay-pal plugin that can handle both the receiving and paying of customers?

You should be able to see if it was successful:

You should be able to build appropriate workflows from all the ‘Events’. So you’d add a workflow for ‘Do when condition is true’ (Previous step result is X).
