Paying for Fingerprint plug-in development

I need somebody to build me a plug-in where I can use a fingerprint hardware using its SDK so that;

  1. I can enroll a fingerprint and tag it to an alphanumeric code
  2. Return the alphanumeric code when fingerprint is scanned
  3. Workflow action where the alphanumeric code can be saved to bubble db.
